El evento organizado por Roberto Gonz\u00e1lez, profesor la carrera de<strong> Pedagog\u00eda en Ingl\u00e9s<\/strong>,comenz\u00f3 a las 9:00 am y reuni\u00f3 a estudiantes de segundo ciclo de tres destacados colegios locales: Alta Cordillera, Dar\u00edo Salas e Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Colegio Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva se alz\u00f3 con el primer lugar en la competencia, destac\u00e1ndose por su excepcional desempe\u00f1o y precisi\u00f3n en el deletreo. En una re\u00f1ida competencia, la Escuela Dar\u00edo Salas obtuvo el segundo lugar, mientras que el Colegio Alta Cordillera se qued\u00f3 con el tercer puesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno de los momentos m\u00e1s destacados del concurso fue la destacada actuaci\u00f3n de Krystal Mujica Pe\u00f1aloza, la estudiante m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida en el deletreo, quien demostr\u00f3 un dominio sobresaliente de las palabras en competencia. Su habilidad para deletrear con rapidez y precisi\u00f3n la hizo merecedora de un reconocimiento especial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el premio al mejor liderazgo fue para la profesora de ingl\u00e9s Pamela Retamal, coach del Colegio Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva. Su orientaci\u00f3n y apoyo fueron fundamentales para el \u00e9xito de su equipo, reflejando su compromiso y dedicaci\u00f3n en el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n de los estudiantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queremos felicitar a todos los participantes por su entusiasmo y esfuerzo, y expresar nuestro agradecimiento a los profesores y estudiantes del Departamento de Idiomas Extranjeros de la Universidad de Tarapac\u00e1. Su organizaci\u00f3n y colaboraci\u00f3n fueron esenciales para el \u00e9xito de este evento, que no solo celebr\u00f3 las habilidades ling\u00fc\u00edsticas, sino tambi\u00e9n el esp\u00edritu de competencia sana y el compa\u00f1erismo entre las instituciones educativas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Felicidades a todos los ganadores y participantes, y esperamos con ansias el pr\u00f3ximo evento de \u2018<em>Spelling Bee<\/em>\u2019!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Success at the &#8216;Spelling Bee&#8217; Competition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last Friday, September 6th, the Ricardo Salas Auditorium at the University of Tarapac\u00e1 hosted a vibrant display of linguistic skills during the highly anticipated &#8216;Spelling Bee&#8217; competition. Organized by Roberto Gonzalez, an English teacher in the <strong><em>Pedagog\u00eda en Ingl\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong> program, the event began at 9:00 a.m. and brought together second-cycle students from three distinguished local schools: Alta Cordillera, Dar\u00edo Salas, and Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva emerged victorious, securing first place with their exceptional performance and spelling accuracy. In a closely contested competition, Dar\u00edo Salas School took second place, while Alta Cordillera School claimed third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A standout moment of the event was the impressive performance of Krystal Opazo, who was recognized as the fastest speller of the day. She demonstrated outstanding mastery of the competition words, earning special recognition for her quick and accurate spelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the award for Best Leadership went to English teacher Pamela Retamal, coach of Integrado Eduardo Frei Montalva. Her guidance and support were crucial to her team&#8217;s success, reflecting her commitment and dedication throughout the students&#8217; preparation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We congratulate all participants for their enthusiasm and effort, and extend our gratitude to the professors and students of the Foreign Languages Department at the University of Tarapac\u00e1.
